At the first onset of cold and flu, I love to enjoy a steaming mug of ginger tea. Here is a great recipe adapted from Stephen Buhner. You will want to make a generous amount of the ginger juice so you have enough to last for a few days. Enjoy!

For one mug of tea:

1-2 Tablespoons fresh ginger juice 

1/8 tsp cayenne

1-3 tsp honey
